Supreme Sweeper Service's in-house staff provides these general maintenance services:
Parking Lot Sweeper
We have a very efficient air control sweeper that vacuums your lot, including hard to sweep debris such as broken glass and small gravel. All blacktop areas will be swept from the building to the end of the parking area. Any area that cannot be reached with the sweeper will be blown out with a blower and swept up. All trash area will be blown out and swept up.
Sweeper Scrubber
Sprays and scrubs concrete floor surfaces and then vacuums up the water. Removes grease and other slippery residues - to reduce risk of "slip and fall" injuries. Great for sites such as underground parking lots, gas stations, and more.
High Pressured Steam Cleaning
This service is very important for high traffic sidewalks. A clean appearance is more inviting and will get your clientele's attention.
Landscape Maintenance
We keep your planters free from trash, lawns properly irrigated, and plants properly trimmed and maintained. Our Crews will also replace brush and fertilize where needed.
Graffiti Removal
We pressure wash or paint over existing graffiti. It is the law to keep walls clear of offensive graffiti. This service will keep you from being cited by the City of Los Angeles.
Dump Removal
We remove unsightly appliances, furniture, abandoned vehicles and other unwanted items from your premises, depositing them at the nearest dump.
Demolition
Our crews are well trained in removing counters and walls as renovation needs require a change in tenancy. We also haul away old structures.
General Repair
Supreme Sweeper maintains a full fabrication workshop which will assist you in repairs and property upkeep. Our staff will fabricate steel or wooden trash cans, paint curbs, stripe parking lots, place parking / barricade steel poles in the ground, repair railings, doors, wash windows and sidewalk canopies.
